BoA Travel Rewards Credit Card - Pending - Under Review

Hi All

Just want to get a bit of perspective. I applied for the BoA Travel Rewards Credit Card on 7/5.

Already have a BoS Cash Rewards CC with them

Pulled Experian: 675

Utilization: 35%

Notification: Your application is in review. We were unable to provide an instant decision on your application, so it’s under additional review by one of our credit analysts. A credit decision is typically made in 10-15 business days. Your application status is updated on a daily basis.

Phoned up to see if they needed further information, could not get through to the credit analysts (tried for 2 days) Only got from the customerservice rep who would not pass me through, "Its under review."

Its been 12 business days... Anyone else have something like this happen? Good or Bad sign? Like to hear from others... Thanks in advance!!!

Have you received anything by snail mail? What does the online application status display... still Pending?

I would call them back in the next day or so and ask to speak to an analyst.

Did receieve a letter dated the same day as the application, saying they thought it was a duplicate application, but my last application was April 26 so dont see how it could be a duplicate. Called them, spoke to a customer rep, to tell him it was'nt. He then called the anaylst line and spoke to someone and came back and just said it was still under review. That was two weeks ago and when I go online to check status, it still says under review... Its past the 10-15 day mark so trying just to figure things out...
