I applied for a BofA AAFP card, and it gives me this message: "Thank you. We're sorry, but we're unable to give you a decision at this time. What's next? We're reviewing your application and will send you a letter letting you know of our decision." Has anyone received this before..? I assumed I'm denied.

Generally its a denial from my experiences with any lender. But it could be something like verification. Have you called them and asked?

My experience with BOA was pretty pleasant. I didn't say much and the CA pretty much understood my desire of building credit with them. She approved me very quickly. Maybe you can try keep calling until you get a good CA?

Called recon and was expecting to be asked several questions why I want the card, etc, but analyst just asked if she could move some existing credit line to the card I wanted to open. Easy.
