I recently was declined for a BofA Americard but was told I had a counter offer that has an annual fee that will come in the mail. Ever since I applied I notice when I log into my account there'a a preselected offer listed. It's for a $500 secured rewards card with no deposit with a $39 annual fee. How is it secured with no deposit? Should I apply?
