I kind of figured it was like Discover's pre-qual. I didn't feel comfortable with an HP considering some of the lower class cards won't pre-qualify me. I can't use Cap One until October when Im out of the 6 month range. And I stopped doing the pre-quals after I posted, and kind of answered my own question about continuing. /shrug.
