Bread Financial Amex Cashback Pulled for increase

Bread Financial tried to pull credit for increase from Experian  but file was frozen. No increase, so they are pulling for Amex Cashback

Yes, in some/many cases they are now doing a HP instead of a SP for CLI's since the website and Bread changeover as has been discussed in several posts on here.

Comenity also used to hp me for cli's in the beginning but now they know me well, last month a asked for a cli on my comenity mastercard, instantly approved with no pull for 2k, 1000 - 3000 cl

OP stated they tried for CLI and Comenity tried to pull for it and could not because file was frozen .

I'm willing to bet that your next CLI request on the MC will be HP, though, since most folks mentioned things changed after 10/1.
