AA= Adverse Action, meaning if Chase doesn't like what you are doing (too many new inquires, too many new accounts in a short amount of time, balances being ran up, etc.) they will close your accounts. Unless you have a Chase account, which it sounds like you don't yet, then I wouldn't worry.
In regards to you app'ing for the British Airways, if you got denied for the Amazon card, I don't think your chances are good at all for the BA card. But I'm pretty sure it should be the same hp, but as always, YMMV (Your Mileage May Vary).
I would try again in 6 months to a year after maintaining your accounts.
You're confusing several things.
First, Chase uses their own internal credit scoring system called Credit Acquisition Risk Score or CARS. That system is totally different from your FICO scores.
Second, Chase's 5/24 rule applies to the number of credit accounts you've opened in the last 24 months. It has nothing to do with the number of inquiries on your credit report. That said, given your low scores - which are actually in the sub-prime range - its unlikely you will be approved for any Chase credit products. My suggestion would be to work on getting your scores above 670, the cutoff point for a "good" credit score, before reapplying to Chase. See What is a Good Credit Score?

So recently I accidently apped with Chase for the Amazon Store card and I got denied due to various reasons, i did my recon twice and the second time they seemed much more interested in processing the app, but didn't go for an approval but told me they would have my pulls for 30 days.
*i didnt do my research before applying just wanted the amazon credit on a purchase i was making*
Okay so, I have probably 5- 6 maybe less IQs but 7-8 recently opened accounts, total age of credit like 3-4 year but due to my recent app spree, I've got like 5 month average right now.
So, my chase score which i recently posted was like 524 even though my actual scores are anywhere from fico 618 to experian 622 and could have been higher when chase first pulled me (i started my recent spree around 654), so their letter only showed me their calucation which was low due to my opened accounts....
So my question is does anyone know if i were to apply for the British Airways Visa, which is not inquiry senstitive (doesnt apply for 5/24 rule) (and in all honestly I'm going to have to chill for 2 years anyway to age my recent accounts) my thinking is if they will use that same pull, why not? Even if theres a possibility of denial it couldn't techinically hurt if they use the same pull, which the CSR told me they would if i decided to call again in the next 30 days haha. :-)
So does anyone know if British Air might use my same Chase pull?
I've seen people getting approved with pretty significant 5K + limits in upper 600s, so i'm wondering if I can pull a little out to start my Chase accounts aging with my others.....
Also i have no clue what AA means. I new so if anyone could lmk what that means it would be great! :-)
