Just tried last evening and a few months ago, same message. I have had the card a little over 2+ years, started out at 3K, never a cli, and still the same after all this time.

When I first got mine, it came with a $300 limit.  It was raised to $500 after 6 months,

After a year they gave me a whooping $100 increase and after that, they said I had reached the max credit line under current policy.

Had the Buypower for two years, $3k sl.  Received a hp manual cli after one year, to $4500.  Ran some reasonable spend thru the card, no further cli's on this or my older CO Plat card.  After denials or ignores from CO, I closed both turds this last January.
