CAP1 keeps sending my Pre-Qual for QS which I already have

As the title states, Cap1 is sending me letters and emails telling my i qualify for a card I already have with them... Whats the deal???

I asked for a CLI few weeks back and no luv. I don't get it.

Marketing... They don't double check what product you already have..  You can also have 2 QS's one being Visa and one being MC, maybe that is the case?  Kinda pointless imo to have more then one QS though.  That is just me

It is pointless. but i also had the same situation. i already had the QS1. when i kept getting pre qual apps. for the QS1. not the visa. so i called and asked if they could remove the AF.. I noticed the moment they upgraded me to the no AF qs. not qs1. i stop getting pre quals. and now if i check it says sorry we could not find you a pre qual offer. which is fine with me as i don't have a AF now. ok limit seeing that is cap one. which can be tight at times.
