CCCs With Automated Phone CLI Option

What are some of the CCCs offering the option to apply (request) for a CLI via automated telephone? Interacting with some CSRs can be stressful. I find that the use of chat, luv buttons, and phone automation can be more successful when requesting a CLI. Thanks in advance for any responses!

I know cap1 has an automated phone CLI number because I tried it a few days after a successful CLI via luv button.

Is there a special care credit number for CLI or do you use the regular number?
