CITI CLI Request

Hey guys....I'm trying to submit a CLI request for my Citi card, and I'm getting this message on the first page: " It's easy to find out if you qualify for a credit limit increase. By clicking "Continue" you understand that we will obtain a credit bureau report to evaluate your request. Our credit department will review your request within 24 hours."

Is this telling me this will be a HP??

This is definitely an HP.  I do disagree with some saying all are HP's.  Not true!  My ciit has a luv button with a SP.  Just got 1.1k from them with it.
