CITI Prequalification

I tried to look for CITI Prequal yesterday, and nothing is working.

Suddenly I saw this on their website, and now it's doing the Pre-qual, err Pre-Selected:

Citi Credit Card - Check Pre-Screened Card

Confirmed, it is working now.

Pre-selected is not the same as pre-approved.

I currently have a Citi / Goodyear $800 zero balance. I had a Citi / Shop your way (Sears) card $1100 limit, but it was unexpectedly closed at the beginning of the pandemic. Never missed any payments. I have applied twice this year for new citi cards but no approvals.

Was a Reason included from Citi for Sears closure  @SeeSaw ?
