They did on me in September 2014. The cl was $1500, I asked for $2300 but the website counter-offered me with $2050 and I agreed. However, I immediately called the backdoor number in hopes of getting a $2300. They too did a hp and denied the $2300 request. So that was 2 hps in one day from Barclay. They do love hard pulls!
