CLI declined because of EXP contact info??

I just got a secured message from VS that they can not approve my CLI correct because they tried to contact me based off the information on my EXP but couldn't? I don't know what that means? My contact info hasn't changed?

x2 - Pull a copy from EX and review the information. If you see something is incorrect request it to be updated.

It can be! Under the beta view if you click on 'credit data' and then click 'personal info'. This will show you what is listed.

So I looked and my address is incorrect because I just moved but the letter they sent me was with my new address and there aren't even any phone numbers listed.

I suggest you pull your actual report. There's more than likely a number and if it's like my report once was, it could be a old number listed as new or a mash-up of past numbers.
