My scores are mostly in 670's. I have had my
Cap1 cards for a few months and was just denied an increase. I have friends and have seen many get an early increase. I have been charging and paying off my cards a few times a month. What am I doing wrong?
What reason do they give you when they deny you? How old are the cards? And what cards are they? Capital One is just non-sensical most of the time.

It was after my second statement. They says account is too new. I have just heard of a lot of others getting a increase after that amount of time I guess I just have to be patient
With most Cap One cards, a good timeframe to expect CLI is 6 months.
That said, it could also be your scores and credit profile. Do you have an idea of your friends' scores? You should not make credit calls depending on others unless your profile matches with them.
If you have no luck after 6 months, feel free to contact the executive office.

Cap 1 is very weird. Other have gotten a CLI after 2 months. So keep using it and try the luv button every time your statement cuts to see if you get some luving..
