CONFUSED BY COMEITY BANK I applied for a loft cc online and....

The message stated " we need to verify more information. Please see an Ann Taylor stlist for assistance" ...Unsure what that means, has anyone ever received that message because I have not. I have several comenity bank cards so I guess I'm confused.
