CSP App - 30 Day Response

Hello everyone! I've been on the market for a solid travel card and eventually landed on the CSP. I know the CSR is great, but it doesn't really fit my profile right now. Maybe one day!

Anyways, I applied for the CSP last night and got the 30 day response. Hopefully this is a good sign? I've heard 30-day is good and 7-10 days is bad. Fingers crossed!

Is it the 30 day message over the phone?  If so, let it sit.  I was approved less than 5 days after receiving the 30 day message from the robolady.

No, just the screen after hitting "Submit" and the follow-up email. Should I see what the robolady tells me?

Yes, the email always says 30 days if not instant approval. Robo lady is more accurate.

Wait for possible letter in mail from security department, a lot of times they just want to verify.

Uh-oh, I guess I got excited too quickly then. I called the robolady and she said the application is still under review and once a decision is reached I will be notified by mail after 7-10 business days.

Does this mean I should talk to a representative, or still wait it out?

Wait it out. Same thing happened to me with my second card from them apping a couple months after the 1st card. Started at 30 day message, then roby lady went to 7-10 days.  Then about 10 days later I got the letter in the mail with a number to call.  Verified over phone and approved right there.  Just wait and see.  Good luck

Sounds good. I need to learn to be patient, haha.  Just looking forward to this card decision, as it's my last HP before entering the garden for at least a year. Would like to go out with some good news!

I also got a 30-day email and then 7-10 days on the phone. Within an hour of applying, my new CSP was already on my Chase account before I received a formal "Approved". Good luck!
