Yeah she changed stuff thru other banks but it hasnt shown up with that new info yet.

All the info is exactly the same as on the application.

Shes gonna call back on Friday to see if there is anything else they need.

I wouldn't bother bugging them about it.... If she has online banking w/ them already just login periodically for the info to show up. 

Chase typically takes exactly 7 days from approval to show up in the mailbox.

Its been a long week so far.

She Also she doesnt use chase as her main bank.

We bank with NFCU but are taking a big vacation soon and wanted to be able to earn more points plus get the bonus.

Another day down still 30 day message.

Will keep calling once a day to see if she gets approved or back to a 7-10 day message.

Called every day for the last week and still saying 30 day message in writting.

It went from 30 days to 7- 10 days and back to 30 because of verification of name.

Would it be worth to call at this point or just wait and see what happens?

I would let the process run through its paces and wait until more concrete information is provided. Some verification instances take time to process.

Having just gone through a CSP application and verification process I would call and speak to a CSR and see if there is anything they need. I found I simply just got the info and verification they needed quicker by calling instead of waiting for mail.

Just called auto ap line again.

Card was approved and will be here in 10 days or less.

No idea on CL but it will be at least 5k since its needed for that card.
