If they said no to Freedom  I don't see you getting CSP..Probably wait till after one of your other cards give you a 5 k limit and then try..

I agree with your agree.  OP, save the HP and work on letting your current cards mature.  They aren't  going to approve for the CSP after recently turning you down for the Freedom
