I called the recon line three times. I didn't get a helpful analyst the first two times, but didn't give up. Third time's the charm, right? I finally got someone who was willing to listen and help. I explained about the AU card and she put me on hold to review my report then came back and asked a few questions and then said she does see the AU card that has been closed and she can reactivate my application and review it manually. A few minutes on hold again and then she said she can approve CSR for 10k right then if I agree to move 6k from my CSP. Not very bad, but I didn't agree to that. I asked if she can approve it without moving any CL around. Another few minutes of wait and then she told me that she has added all the notes she needed and the application has to be reviewed again to see if I will get approved without moving any CL and that I will hear from them in 2 weeks.
Still not sure if it's going to be approved but at least I bypassed the 5/24. Called the automated status line an hour later and the message was changed from 7-10 days to 30 days. Good sign, right? Let's wait and see what happens.
Hooray! At least you have the notation now in the event they can't do it without reallocation. You really didn't bypass 5/24, this is common protocol for AU issues. I would have not risked it and just let it go through because of any chance you might miss the 30 day period from when you applied, or somehow, although unlikely, not get the 100k bonus. I would say 6k in CL is worth it. But if you dont have very much other CL I don't blame you. Youll get it!

Btw I applied and was denied on the 11th. Reconned and was approved today. Will I still get the 100k bonus? How can I find out for sure? Does the letter that the card comes with say anything about this?
Congrats! The account should already show up in your Chase account. Send them a secure message and ask about the points there so if you have issues later on, you can refer back to it.
