CSR or CSP?

I am trying to decide between the CSR and CSP to app for.  I have a Credit Union CC - $12.5k and Delta Amex Gold $15k with 14 years in length of credit card history.  Utilization is 35%.  Scores are over 700.

I think I have a good chance at the CSR, but wanted to get input if you would app for CSR directly or apply for CSP then product change after a year?

I think I am still leaning towards the CSR.  I am interested in getting the Amex Gold as well before the limited edition cut off date.  I am 1/24.  Which order would you recommend getting these cards and how far apart to spread out the apps?
