as title says, can I apply my sister a credit card? She's been a authorized user on my cards, and my score now is 790. Would that affect her from applying her own credit card? She is still in college though, but I'm the one who's going to pay for that credit card. I just want her to have her own credit card.

She needs to apply for her own credit cards. And your score doesn't affect her chances of approval

Your sister would have to apply on her own and use your income, if that is what she is relying on for income purposes. Your credit score would make no difference to the creditor giving her an account, unless it were a joint account. I see she is already an AU on your account....I would just leave it like that until she can qualify on her own.
