Can You Still Message Apple Card For Credit Limit Increases?

After several months of not attempting to get a CLI on my Apple Card, I recently tried via Messages twice, and both times it directed me to call Goldman Sacks. Is this a new thing? Can you no longer request a CLI directly by Messages?

You can request a CLI through the wallet. In the text/chat box type credit limit increase/request and it will link you to do so. Hope this helps.

I had no problem just now through my wallets chat feature.  Did not submit as I received an increase about a month ago.  Hope this helps.

Huh a call in?

I tried via text on Sept 21.  Instead of getting the quick reply bot, I got a real human.

Having requested increases like 8 times, I knew this one was a little different.  I actually confirmed that the replies where from a person and not a bot.

I ask for a CLI from GS every 6 months. 

Twice thru Apple messaging wallet app and got approved.

Last time was a phone call needed to verify annual income and was approved.

I requested a CLI  via text today. I had to update my income and it was approved within 2-3 minutes.
