Can't get a Lowes card

I've been trying to get a lowes card for a while. I think early on I was denied and now I'm not sure what is going on.

If I app, they immediately give me 7 to 10 day notice and don't even HP me. Last/Only HP from lowes was on Apr 12th.

My file is thin, AAoA less than 6 months. Zero baddies, quite a lot of HP's.

I have 7 cards now

Capital One Plat - $800, Cap1 QS1 - $1,500, State Farm Rewards - $1,000, Amazon Store Card - $5,000, Walmart Store Card - $2,000, Kohls - $300, Home Depot - $1,000.

My score is around 700, so why am I having so much trouble with lowes? Do I have to wait a certain amount of time? It'll be 3 months here in a week. Is there some wait time after denial? Is it really three months or longer? Do they start the timer over every time you apply even if they don't HP you? Should I call backdoor?

Call backdoor ask why they aren't pulling your current report.

In the meantime go for one of the gas cards if you don't have any with synchrony. my experience is that company offered me a lot of credit when my scores were saying I shouldn't deserve it. I am getting lowes and walmart increases that match other members with scores a good 60 to 70 points higher than mine

Have you called to see if it is a security issue. BF had similar issues with Synchrony where he didn't call in to verify and was denied and when he reapplied old app was still on the system and wouldn't take any new ones. Once he called in and verified identity they erased old app and approved new one. Synchrony Says 30 days between denials.

Didn't consider the possibility of it being security related, I'll be calling in I guess in the next day or two.

I think you should wait 6 months after the last hp they did.
