Indeed!

I saw her approval and went straight for the Prequal again.

Still no Venture but Quicksliver Ugh

Maybe this is a one time cold app thingy.

Re: Cap 1 Venture question..Is it a full moon?

I just came up with an even better reason not to apply, myself.

What the heck am I gonna do with 2 Venture cards? I'm certainly not going to pony up AF on both, and I can't just close and roll the line over like I could with Chase. And if I downgrade to a VentureOne then I miss out on that signup bonus.

Food for thought. Smiley Wink

Re: Cap 1 Venture question..Is it a full moon?

It's a toss up on this end.

Since i was caught up in this VentureMania, it was necessary to FIRST get Sallie Mae out of the way.

Lucky for me that they didn't even do a HP when i apped after i called Recon to find out a decision.

I at-once declined a new HP to continue the Sallie Mae app when they started their childish bellyaching again over Octobers denial. That's out of the way now.

The Cap One PreQual site wants to peddle a Quciksliver on me while the money is most certainly on a nice SL Venture right now.

In the meantime Chase also has a bonified PreQual offer waiting in the wings.

To Be Continued.....................

For some of us Capital One's notorious TRIPLE PULL is a harsh enough deterent that gives some immediate cause for PAUSE no matter the card or limits.
