I made the mistake of checking to see if I pre-qualify this morning, even though I had decided to wait. Figured it would be better to wait until my scores increase, my AAoA gets a good bump from AMEX backdating, and I get a higher limit on my AMEX and let it report, in hopes of getting the best Venture limit possible.
It says I pre-qualify for Quicksilver and also Venture and Platinum Prestige. Quick, someone cut off my internets! I'm not sure my self-control is strong enough right now.

Its been certainly tempting watch everything go down on the Venture card over the past week or so.
I've held strong throughout .... I'll wait for the next *must have*

You have some mean limits and nice scores already! Whatever that next must have is, you will for sure get it... There is always a few to die for during the year and I don't think the Venture qualified for that .. . Just wait for a 100k Plat offer a new card to come out or some signup offer on a nice card that you can't turn down. You have a very nice lineup already!
I'm pre qualified for all three too. I have not applied yet. I don't think I will in all honesty.

Do it.. Do it.. Do it... What is the point of working on your credit without enjoying the fruit of your labor?. The expectation for gardening is to get your crops to grow and you can kick back and enjoy. Also, having no inquiries on any of your reports - just an assumption is pretty boring.

Yeah. It was getting boring watching that 0 counter on my TU.
Now it says 1. I gotta say...It doesn't feel any different/
