Cap One CLI Request Button

I've had the Cap One Venture 1 card for about 18 months with no missed payments. My score has improved significantly from when I first got it said I would like to try for one of those soft pull CLI's that Cap One gives out. 

But...

I Cant Find the Button!! Where is this on the app? Or is it not available on my profile? Thanks for for input!

In the app, touch the "Profile" button at bottom right.  In the Profile screen, find and press "Account & feature settings".  In the new page , look for the "Credit Card Account Settings" header and find "Request Credit Line Increase" below it. Press that and follow instructions provided therein.
