Right now my credit score is 574 at the moment. I was looking at the Cap One QS with the annual fee but don't know my odds of getting approved. Is it worth the try or just go for the Cap One secured Mastercard?
Go on Cap One pre-qual site and see what it says, I got my QS1 when my score was just below yours so you might be surprised.
Do i just google prequalify for Cap One QS1 or what do i do?
nevermind i found it ! LOL
So if i states " Couldn't be matched to any offers at this time" but it suggest to apply for the QS! card. I am confused

Do NOT apply for the QS card - the Cap One pre-qualifier is one of the most reliable one around. If it matches you with an offer it's 99% you'll be approved,, but if says you can't be matched don't apply - it's a hard pull & you'll likely be declined. All the pre-qualifiers (Chase, Citi, Amex, BofA, Cap One) suggest you apply if they don't match you with a card - nothing for them to lose, maybe they missed something, but for you you'll likely waste in inquiry on your CR and be declined. And never ever use the Discover alleged "pre-qualifier", you can put in totally fake info and it will still ciaim Discover IT is perfect for you, and then turn you down faster than a high school prom queen turning down the school nerd for a date.

+1
triple hard pull at that.
Applying for Capital One cards when your scores are below their mean always makes me nervous because they triple pull. But if you're feeling adventurous and you're not too concerned about inquiries, I say go for it.
