Platinum is a simple starter card to rebuild. You may want to start with the Platinum and in six months go for Quicksilver One. Unless your scores become clean and get close to 700 plus on all 3 credit bureaus, then you could go for regular Quicksilver.

Platinum for now. If they even approve you for that. Depending on your profiles.

Yeah to get a quicksilver you need a 720+ credit score.
