Cap One & Barclay Help

I have a Cap One Platinum with 3500 limit. Most I have used is about 780 which I paid in full & monthly I use about 50 via auto payments. Applied for a quicksilver and got the 7-10 day message for a reaponse. My score is 719. Is that the Norm???

My wife got approved for Quicksilver cap one for only 500 but her limit is 2800 for Cap one Platinum. She used about 1100 of that and recently paid it down to 600. Went to Barclay and applied and received 7-10 response message.... Her score is 703
