Cap One doing manual reviews for CLIs?

Submitted request for CLI today expecting the usual automated immediate response like I always get of "too low of payment, not enough useage, we can't increase at this time, etc", but it came back "request submitted", you will receive a response in 2 to 3 days via email. In my many years of having a Cap One card, never got this message. Has anyone else encountered this recently?

Mine usually show up in the "Documents" the next day

Thanks to all for the replies.

Never encountered that response before when trying for a CLI, was always an immediate message for deny or approve, so it kinda shocked me. Now I will know for the future.
