Cap one ..... My fault I guess

so I was calling cap one about my 2 card a platinum to PC to Qs they said I can and did , I been in the garden for a week now I believe when I froze my reports but when I saw my new report and everyone blabbing about the venture I decided to Apply didn't do the pre approved since nothing came out for one single card guess cause of my freeze.  I unfroze my Tu and Got a temp pin for my Ex  they denied me cause they couldn't get my other report so I told them the pin for my Ex and see called back today and still denied cause they can't acces my other report mmmmm weird since I spoke to a rep early and he said it was pending with the new info I gave yesterday, so I'm guessing they can't make a decision with one or 2 report they need all 3 so bumped when they told me it would be another pull to have it resubmit wth

anyone have a suggestion or just let it go

I'd try calling another time...weird that with your pin they were unable to verify...could be giving you a fake excuse or maybe just not enough time has passed?? I'd not give up yet.

They pull all 3, no manipulating will work with them.

Not true...  TU/EQ unfrooze typically works for them.. Can keep EXP cold if you want.... For best results all three should be unfroozen, but the two I mentioned two will suffice

Safety in multipe ways to sum it up.  Anyways, if peope to choose to keep all 3 unfroozen through the year more power to them and hopefully someone doesn't get their info and open up some accounts is how I look at it.

True is a hassle just wanted to keep myself from applying guess that didn't work I just unfreeze ex an eq but not tu since they want to pull again not happening won't get 2 hard pull for the same thing if I get or not get this card I'm gardening for sure too many inq already most from like 6 months ago , just gonna grow what I have really wanted the venture with a good limit even 5k will be fine planing a family vac in August will come in handy for that bonus plus we stay at a lot of hotel will be a good card for me , finger cross let's see what happen, u guys think I have a chance?

I was approved for Venture April 13th $15k

they pulled EX & TU both clean. Fico 726 & 740 but they paperwork had mentioned only my EX and they had it at 697

so they will pull only 2 reports as long as TU is is included in the credit heck.
