Cap one apps still pending after 7 days?

I did 2 apps from Cap one, a venture one and a QS 7 days ago,called applications yesterday and the rep says they are still pending,how long does it take to get an response,my scores are close to 800 on all 3 credit reports and i make well over 6 figures and have less than 1% Utlitly AAoA is 8 years and oldest account is 25 years, cap one only did 2 pulls,not the 3, I have IDA/ARS on ice

7-10 days .. try and find the EO number .. i know some people have it here/.

Im surprised you wasnt insta approved. But to answer your question ive seen some wait as long as 30 days for a pending app. Hope i didnt discourage you but im sure youll be approved.
