I had waited just to be sure and now that I am I thought I'd post here for anyone that didn't know the process. On 1/9/16 I app'd for the 2 Cap1 cards that the Pre-Qual page gave me (Platinum & QS1) within a few minutes of each other and both were approved with only 1 HP across all 3 bureaus. Thanks Capital 1 for not dinging me twice even though you could have!!!
