Good luck! From personal experience and reading around the forums, CapOne seems to be hit or miss. Let us know what happens.
I did call their customer service about the AF and it's not supposed to show up on my statement until next month. They said I can call back then to see if they can waive the AF or if an upgrade is possible for it. With a $500 CL on it, I doubt the upgrade to one of the Venture cards will happen. I did update my income information online since the total income of my wife and I went up from $72K to $90K after we filed our taxes. Maybe I'll get lucky with a CLI but we'll see next month.
One other thing I was also told was that if I ever wanted to apply for the Savor One, that I can be able to do that and be able to have more than two Cap1 cards. Thought I would bring that up since I've read a lot of post about Cap1 only allowing customers to have two cards max. Personally, I would be fine with just two of their cards (Venture and Savor cards) since I'm figuring out what cards I would really benefit from based on redeeming the points/cash. But if the QS1 ends up being a bucket card by the end of the summer, I guess three won't be too bad from them.

I've had 3 Cap1 cards for several years: 1 QS1 and 2 Platinum

If you have two or more Capital One cards, your application for a subprime card will be denied. This group includes the Secured Mastercard, Platinum, Platinum Preferred (if it's available), QuicksilverOne, and Journey.
If you have five or more Capital One cards, your application for a mainstream card will be denied. This group includes the Savor, SavorOne, Venture, VentureOne, Quicksilver, and Spark cards.
