Cap1 QS upgrade to Visa Signature

Anyways, I just received a CLI from capital one, bringing my quicksilver visa to a 5k cl. Does anyone here know the number i can call to have my card upgraded to a visa signature? I would greatly appreciate it.

You have QS1 MasterCard ? If so you can't enterchange between mastercard and visa. 

And if u have QS visa, how did you get it without it being a visa signature from the get go ?

I have the QS visa and i was originally only approved for 3k and online it says VISA PLATINUM as the title of the account. But I'll look in the stickies

You get the QS visa (non sig) if your initial CL IS 5k+. I have a quicksilver visa as well, as far as upgrading to the Sig I'm not sure if you can.
