I just checked my offers, and I'm getting the usual Venture/Quicksilver, both at 18.24%, and a Venture One at 17.24%, which is what I usually get.
Hopefully once my last 'baddie' drops off they will show me a little 'luv' on that APR!

It is definitely weird, and I know just because you prequal doesn't mean it's 100%. I just feel better seeing them there! 
My EX was 702 prior to my 2 apps on Sunday and when I checked it on CCT it had dropped 8 pts to 695. I also saw 2 HPs. I thought it could be because of that drop, of course that's the only reason I can see other than an error. I know it's silly but I even thought that since my QS1 is sitting at about 22% util that it could contribute... but I don't see how really considering they SP your reports.

Thank you! I'm still waiting though on my CSP answer, though a contributing factor is that those prequals are weird.
My Fico4 for TU is 691 currently, however that's off myfico and isn't updated with the 2 HPs.

Yesterday I apped for the Freedom from a mail pre-qual.. (which I got!) and the CSP (cold apped, no ans yet).. then I used a mail pre-qual for the Amex ED (which I got too!). I know these are SP's to check... There's 2 new HP's total from Chase and Amex on my EX from yesterday's apps. My Fico8 on EX dropped from 702 to 695. (on CCT) My util on my reports shows 9%, currently I'm at 25% on my QS1 but will have it back down to 9% here shortly as I purchase and make several payments through the month. I am not however showing any other HP's as I have CK, CCT and MyFico going.
Any ideas for what could of caused this change? I have definitely learned a ton from you all and thank you so much in advance. I'm a little disappointed at not seeing my original 2 offers up there to say the least, but what do I know I'm still pretty new to this.
Looks the same for me, pre-approved for QS1 and Platinum (added a few cards last month)
I have experienced this....well not personally, I ran sissy venture and QS prequal lowest apr before change 12.99 I think on both. Knowing about the Chase rule got her Freedom, CSP, and a Discover all in same day......3 days later did the pre qual again Capital One and they were still there but at highest apr. (her score only changed by 3 points, very long history 16 years AAoA prior to the 3 apps, no inquiries in last 2 years, mortgages, cars, and other loans.. most reporting paid ) Not sure if it is a number of inquiries setting or maybe inquires weigh more on fico 4 which is what is used for Venture. But somehow I think the number of inquiries is a big factor in the decesion of apr and limit. She still got them (not worried about apr since she pays in full) but I think she would have gotten higher limits if it not for what ever prevented the lower apr from the pre qual (25K/25K both back to back apps)
I just checked. Mine is still the same QS and Venture 18%. I get the same prequal as you got yesterday. I am planning a few apps soon. I was gonna do Cap 1 last, thought they weren't as picky. Thanks for posting this. Gives me something to think about.

I'm never prequal'd on their site. My profile is clean. Oh well!!!
