I was denied a few days ago and the reasons were as follows....per app no checking acct 2) per EQ too many delinq credit accts 3) same as 2 per EX....ok, on app I only checked savings acct bc my checking acct is joint w/ S.O. and didnt think it would impact decision. Also, I have one acct on EX (utility bill) 18 yrs old, NO LATE payments...1 Cap1 CC NO LATE payments...I do have 2 collections...6 yrs old...medical. Anyhow, I explained all of this and she made notes and said she would resubmit for recon. Has anyone ever had this happen? Or when they have a recon go their way is it on the spot?? right then on the phone? She said they should have their decision within 10-14 days. what do u think? Slim chance?
