Cap1 venture pull the trigger??

Right now it's all about building my credti. I currently have a QS1 500 and a cap1 500 and a home depot for 3000$. I have 5 hard pulls on TU and 4 on the other 2. I've made good progress on my CR clean up and moved from 620 to 670-690. I guess I'm looking for a balance between too many hard pulls and more cards to increase my UTI. 

Also on the pre approval page it comes up Venture Rewards  Congratulations we think you'll like this pre-quilified card offer. Is this a solid pre approval ?  Also below it it says I'm pre qualified for the Venture One.

If you got Congratulation message on the pre approval. You are good to go. Keep us posted on your limit. The approval rate when getting that from cap one is well over 95%. good luck.

OMG thanks for the suggestion. I was approved with a 10k limit. I would say my UTI just skyrocketed. WOW.
