Reason was score too low. The letter showed they used my EQ score of 638 from 4/28/2020. My EQ 08 score now is 776!!!
I called C1 and got the "...we use SP that is current in our database..." even if they would have used my May/2020 score it was 664. I didn't know that they used "older" SP scores...fyi for anyone else wondering.
Anyone know what the update period is for the Wally EQ SP at C!? 3 month delay???
I will try CLI again 30+ days hopefully it will be updated with my 776.
I think they update the score every 30 days. I've requested CLIs every month for the past few months and they always show me a score from 2 months ago - dated the end of the month.
