Capital One Back Office

Would someone that has it post back office or presidents office for Credit Line increase. I just got 1500 they gave me 6 months due time for total of 6000. I need 8 or 10,000 as this is my go to card of all 5. I buy and flip items and do well and need the cash instead of a borrow from bank and hard inquiry.

My guess is they get enough of unrealistic people harrassing them on a daily basis for cli's without the added advertising of their number.
