I started out in the credit steps program with capital one almost 2.5 years ago. Since then I have tried time and time again to get a CLI but I get the same error.
"This feature is currently unavialable"
"We're sorry, but this feature is currently unavilable at this time. Please try again later."
I have been getting this same error for like 3 months now. Ive tried calling into customer support to see if they can fix it but all they tell me is a system is down and they are working on it. Its been 3 months....and im still stuck at the $500 credit limit that I had from 2 years ago.
Any ideas?

That sounds about right. I have better way better cards with higher limits at this point. I thought about just cancelling the card but its one of my oldest credit lines. Im just fustrated with their customer service to be honest...
I'd just apply for a different product of theirs. Surely if you've paid everything on time since you got that card, they have something better to offer you.....even if it's just the QS1....at least it will grow and you earn cash back.
