generic spill...you can ask for an increase whenever you want but you can't get one today.

But .... offered  product upgrade to the Quicksilver AT THE SAME LIMIT ($750) and couldn't tell me if it would be a HP.

Yes. 2 plus years. Started at 500 and only one increase March of 2019

I'd recommend the product upgrade. At least you will earn 1.5% cashback. Unless, you don't like rewards. No HP required.

No reason to recon. 19 inquiries are a lot, so I think you should garden for awhile to refrain from getting any more.

He couldn't tell me it would be no HP. He really said he didn't know even after he put me on hold to supposedly ask someone.

Perhaps, CSR was not informed. Data points show product upgrade is not a HP. YEMV.

Thanks for the link. It says no application required, so I'm going to go ahead and upgrade just because.
