Capital One CLI change?

A few recent changes to Cap1 CLI requests I noticed, can't tell if it was just a bug or something actually changed or not:

Got an instant letter instead of needing to wait 1-2 days

the text of the email was different:

the text showing the document was different: image.png

and they did some polishing tweaks to the letter itself

old: image.png

new:  image.png

anybody want to request a Cap1 CLI to see if they see these changes as well?

Re: Capital One CLI change?

Tried on my two accounts and got almost instant emails with the same wording. I noticed the dates don't match on the request.

It looks like they've changed some of the verbiage in the naming too bc the previous letters were titled Credit Limit Increase Request vs this new Application Response Letter. Wonder what prompted the changes particularly the need to call it Application Response Letter.

Avoided credit cards after ruining my financial health but got back into the game in 2019 after a 20 year hiatus

Re: Capital One CLI change?

Glad to see you guys getting denials too Smiley LOL

I've tried twice this past month after spend, balance changes, and report updates and got no love. I think I'll just let this one stay where it is

Re: Capital One CLI change?

It's been a good couple of years since I last tried, with one bucketed card and little spend I'll let it pass.

Re: Capital One CLI change?

If USB would ever part with a sp cli for me, I'm sending cap1 a Adverse action letter and tell them give my CL a buzz cut, lol.

Re: Capital One CLI change?

I got the same response/layout as you did when I requested a CLI on my Venture One card last week. I got denied due to low usage, so I'm not too upset about it haha.
