Capital One CLI

So I know you have to wait 6 months between CLI requests for CapitalOne, but does anyone know if that 6 month period resets when you make a product change?

Re: Capital One CLI

A product change keeps all your preexisting card agreements. It's basically the same card with a different paint job. Unlesss you negotiate something different with them. I was unable to. The only bonus I had from my PC's were that I was able to loose my AF. I went from Plat MC to Plat QS1 to Plat QS. Hopefully you are not in their Plat tierd cards. Then maybe there's a chance. Maybe someone else has more infomation on this.

Good Luck!

Policy is a PC or CLI every 6 months.

So it's an either/or proposition? If I make the PC, then I won't be able to get a CLI for another 6 months?

It's 6 months between approvals, not requests. You can request daily if you want.

Re: Capital One CLI

I did both PC and CLI on the same day back in June 2018.. From Plat to QS and from $500 to $600, unless if they changed it recently

Re: Capital One CLI

My DH pc'd from platinum to QS in October, and got a cli this month in December. So you shouldn't have to wait 6 months.
