Got a call from the EO office today, and spoke to one of the reps in regards to my email to the CEO office. Have a CL of only 300.00 (2 lines) and I emailed asking for a limit increase. I emailed shortly before Christmas, and made the assumption that I was declined.
The rep was gracious and kind, and very helpful; though oddly enough did not ask me to provide documentation of my salary or housing expenses; although she did ask what they were.
I specifically asked if it would be a hard pull, and she said no. Then I made a point to ask if I would be excluded from the "credit steps" program if I was declined the increase. She told me that no, I wouldnt be, and that even if they do give me an increase, I would STILL see an increase on my credit line.
Fingers crossed for me!!! 
Apparently 7-10 days I will see a note as to why it was accepted/declined.
I so badly need this- I need some good solid news for this New Year!!!
