I'm going through the exact same thing. I've submitted docs through their app. Submitted docs via fax. Submitted docs through an email link. About the only thing I haven't done yet is just mail them my original DL & SS card via USPS. They are just too way over and beyond what constitues reasonable at this point.

Would you Please give me the info? Referred my mom to capital one quicksilver, approved on the spot. Then the same run around as OP. Myself, two of their cards, no problem . I feel terrible as my mom is not the person to waste credit checks. Trying to fix this situation now.
