If they are verifying fraud and have spoken to you then chances are pretty good you will be getting it. Their prequals are usually good. That is, assuming you have not been approved for a Cap1 card in the last 6 months.

I just noticed in your signature that you already have 3 Capital One cards.
If you've been approved for one of those within the last 6 months, you won't get a new card.
Then you should be good.
