Have you ever opted out of pre-screened offers?
I've had a capital one platinum card for nine years that was stuck at a $500 limit. I applied for a quick silver one with scores lower than you and was approved for $1000 limit . About one month after I received the new card, I hit the CLI button for the platinum card And cap 1 gave me a CLI OF $1000, for a total of $1500 on the card that was stuck at 500 for many years.
id say your chances a good with your scores, and could probably even get the regular Quicksilver card or maybe even a Venture. YMMV of course. Maybe somebody who is from familiar with venture approvals can comment on the scores needed for that. And of course there are other factors like income and utilization that can come into play during your approval
