Capital One QuickSilver CLI 5th Statement??

Hi all,

How do I know if I am enrolled in the credit steps program? Of course I can contact them but is there anyway to see this in my account?

Also, looking at my statement history it the first is 10/09/14 through 1/09/15 currently. My balance has been 0 for the past 2 months after using the card heavily so 2/09/15 is about to cut here on the 9th of this month (2 days from now).

How should I initiate a CLI? Will it be automatic? When I go to my documents, I don't see any files about credit steps program.

Ive read here that some requested CLI via the online button but don't want to jump the gun and want to know what you guys think.

Just initiate a chat with them and ask to verify your account status. I did and they gave me all the details. Also noet that my 5th statement recently cut as well and I was told via chat that I will see the CLI anytime between the 5th and 7th statement. I know for most its between the 5th and 6th but thats what they said.  Good Luck.  Also, while youre on the chat, ask for a PC to a QS if you currently have a QS1. For me they did just that and permanently removed the AF.

Thanks pal! Yes, I am already at the QS (surprisingly) since the only card I had 9 months ago was  a secured cap1 with a $600 limit... After members here convinced me and a preapproval I gave it a shot and was approved.

If I went to chat do you think they would increase me now?

Probably not. its an auto CLI and cant be requested. I've had trouble getting a PC from cap1 on my QS1, so YMMV. my 5th statement just cut so we're all in the same boat.

just got my auto cli from cap one credit steps and it happened the day after the 6th statement cut/ showed up online. about a month ago i called up their csr and they told me i wasn't going to get it till early march (7th statement) so ymmv

When I initially got the card I called them and they said I was n credit steps... but I don't have any documentation saying so.

It seems like most of the people in credit steps has the quicksilver one? I have the Quicksilver with no annual fee.

I believe I am not in Credit steps because I have the regular Quicksilver and NOT the Quicksilver one.

Could I initiate a CLI in my account and would it be a HP or SP?

I found my credit steps information in the document center on the site...... I believe it is the statements/documents. Click on statements then go to documents. That is where I found mine.
