Should have led with that. I read somewhere that they now have a 9/24 rule, but I've only seen that once.

I was able to get the quickersilver one with a 600 across all 3, hoping I can upgrade to ditch the annual fee eventually as I rebuild. Guessing you were applying for the one without annual fee? Just curious because I have a ton of inquires but then again mines a start card.
Yeah I was going after the one with no annual fee, 0% APR for 15 months, 1.5 cashback on everything. I recommend trying the prequels Capital One website google it if you have time as people say it's pretty accurate on what cards they will likely approve you for. I did it and the QuickSilver wasn't there, but I went and tried it anyways. It might be a soft pull I assume.

Same ... my idea was getting the Journey card then PC to QS then to SavorOne.
I have 2 accounts open in Jan and 1 open in Feb; but that was the reason that I got denied for the third time. It was the income for me because I'm a college student :/
The entertainment is good. I haven't seen any other card that gives that category. For dining, might as well use the Uber card (unless their is a 5% rotating category out).
Marvel covers quite a few entertainment categories at 3%

Music — establishments that sell CDs and related items, including online records and digital music.

PCs are currently not possible to the Savor or Savor One, nobody knows when Cap will open them either. I may just go for the Marvel card this summer, I just really don’t want another $2K card which is the max the Marvel seems to start at.
My mom was able to jump from QS to the Savor v1 a while ago before it got changed to v2. Didn't hurt her account and I end up with a copy of the account (AU).
Possible they may have changed something
PCs haven’t been possible since the revamp and with the way Cap has been lately, it’s anyone’s guess if they open them or not.

If you prequal and it shows QS1 and the Plat that means Cap1 has you down for the starter cards. I would never cold app other cards if I see that. Two reasons. Cap1 doesn’t not retcon, and a triple pull is not fun when it’s a denial. You. An just the prequal often to see if they have better cards for you.
